WHY CONNECT MORE?

Connection is the sense of belonging that individuals experience in a group when they recognize that they are working towards something bigger than they can accomplish on their own.  When individuals feel more connected to their colleagues and organizations, their engagement and productivity increases. 

Connection with others (love/belonging) is a central aspect of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs model. As the world becomes more complex, our need to connect is more vital than ever before.

For individuals and organizations to flourish, we must recognize that there is more that connects us than divides us.
